Installing the .apk on Android — full steps & checksum
  1. Tap “Download the app.” The .apk saves to your Downloads.
  2. Open the downloaded file — tap the notification, or find it in Files → Downloads.
  3. Allow the install once, if Android asks (“Allow from this source”).
  4. Tap Install, then Open. The Academy icon is on your home screen.

Yes. The app only loads africarisingacademy.com over a secure (HTTPS) connection. The iPhone/Android home-screen version is just the website in a clean full-screen frame; the Android .apk is signed with our release key and requests no unusual permissions — internet access, plus your camera and storage only when you choose to upload or download something.
