Then the honest heart: the three real routes forward — Path A, run a model compliant shop (a legitimate, profitable destination, where most vendors belong); Path B, open a community pharmacy by employing a PCN-registered superintendent pharmacist while you remain the owner (owner is not the same as professional-in-charge, and “renting a pharmacist’s name” is illegal); or Path C, send yourself or a family member to pharmacy school (a five-year degree, an internship and the PCN exam — at least six years, and the only way to personally hold a pharmacist licence). Each is honestly costed, every fee is a graded baseline you are told to confirm live, and the “pay-to-upgrade” myth is debunked on its own screen.
